Everyone loves music. Especially we,  Filipinos.  For me music the gateway to the soul of our lives. Without music,  we feel empty. Without music we feel lonely.  That’s why some people depend their feelings on what mood of the music has.

I chose ‘Naghihintay’ by Iktus to reflect not because I am waiting for someone but because the mood of this really affects me . This song makes my mind and heart calm whenever I hear this song.  Actually, the band is quite unfamiliar to me but the moment I heard this song for the firs time.

Also, this song made me realize that there are still people who are willing to wait for their loved ones. Not the typical lovers but also family members for example who are in far places. I love the song not because of the melody and tune but also the message it conveys. So I want to recommend it to millennias.

To the band Iktus, I want to say thank you because of their song.  Even though I have problems and hard times , this song really calm my mind and soul.
